Richmond is full of beautiful parks. This park, Deep Run, is one of our favorites. There are awesome playgrounds, long, hilly running trails, fishing ponds, ducks, bike paths… perfect for two little boys and their parents!
Jack likes to fish, so David decided he should take up fishing too. We got some worms, hooks, and a pole for David (thanks, Bailey, for Jack’s awesome cars pole!). Will enjoyed the worms in the dirt. These worms were the biggest, juiciest ever. Sick! Jack caught one catfish, which he was again scared of. He prefers brim on his hook at the end of the day.
The thought of Will with a hooked fishing pole was too much for me to handle. Good thing we threw his “bike” in the car so he could go round and round the lake.
